The technology BIM, which is intended to be the substitute for CAD (Computer Aided Design) is a step further to optimize the construction processes, by integrating in the 3D plane of the project the specifications of the elements that compose it. This is consistent with the constant effort that Novatilu has made to facilitate the work of designers, facilitating the CAD blocks of all our products and now being up to date with our luminaires in files compatible with Revit.

The Generalitat de Catalunya and the Barcelona City Council have already created a working group whose objective is to promote this technology, with the aim of reducing construction costs by 20% and improving compliance with the deadlines for the execution of works, which makes it clear that BIM is the future of construction.
